We are a Canadian based youth development and career coaching organization dedicated to helping youths discover who they are, understand their natural strengths, motivation and behavioural patterns, so that they can make informed, confident, purpose-aligned decisions about academic pathways and future careers. Our approach goes beyond achievement-based coaching; we focus on identity, direction, and long-term fulfillment.

Impact Direct Coaching Services Ltd was founded by Mosun Olaosebikan. Mosun, a seasoned Human Resources and Change Management professional with over 20 years of experience. Mosun brings corporatelevel expertise into youth development as a Certified John Maxwell Leadership Coach, a Certified Birkman Signature Consultant, and a holder of a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management. These credentials equip her with proven, evidence-based tools to guide meaningful life and career decisions.

What truly sets us apart is the combination of professional expertise and lived experience. As a mother of a teenage daughter and an adult son, Mosun understands firsthand the challenges families face when navigating subject choices, career uncertainty, and post-secondary decisions. Both of her children have completed the Birkman Assessment and used its insights to make confident, informed career choices – demonstrating that this work is not theoretical, but transformational.
